Brainspotting Integration Consultation

Supportive consultation for Brainspotting Practitioners who want to deepen attunement, feel more confident in the process, and help clients access meaningful healing.

I took the training…Now what?

After training, it’s very common, and even expected, to encounter uncertainty and questions about: attunement, frames, pacing, setups, and how to support clients when sessions don’t go quite as expected.

You might notice yourself overthinking, second guessing, or worrying that you missed something important.

Consultation provides a thoughtful, relational space to reflect on and explore real client work, deepen attunement, and strengthen trust in the process.

You might find yourself wondering…

  • How do I introduce Brainspotting to clients?

  • What do I do when clients just want to talk?

  • Which set-up should I use?

  • Is something actually happening when clients are quiet, or alternately, won’t stop talking?

  • Am I doing too much or not enough?

These questions are so normal for newer BSP practitioners and demonstrate that your system is working to integrate your learning. I would love to support you in that process.

My Approach to Consultation

Consultation, like Brainspotting itself, is a highly collaborative and relational process. It’s a space where, together, we slow things down, go inside, get curious, and track what’s happening moment to moment.

It’s an intentional container designed to explore moments of uncertainty, stuckness, confusion, surprise, and activation in your client work, while also reflecting on set-up decisions, pacing, Brainspotting theory, and attunement; both to your client and to your own nervous system.

Whether in individual or group consultation settings, this is NOT a place where you need to perform or get it “just right.” It is a thoughtful, reflective space where trust in yourself and in the unfolding neuroexperiential process can strengthen over time, alongside growing discernment, embodied presence, and intuitive confidence in your Brainspotting work. As these capacities develop, your ability to facilitate greater regulation and meaningful healing with your clients naturally expands.

Consultation Options to Support Your Practice

Individual Consultation is a good fit if you:

*Individual Consultation hours count towards Certification requirements.

  • Feel called to deepen your integration and embodiment of Brainspotting and the neuroexperiential model in a personalized space

  • Are working toward Certification

  • Want to work more in depth with frame-setting and set-up decisions

  • Would value support around complex presentations and stuck points

  • Wish to cultivate greater capacity to sit in uncertainty

  • Desire a thoughtful, supportive space to reflect on your experiences as a practitioner

Group Consultation can be especially helpful if you:

*Group Consultation hours do NOT count towards Certification requirements.

  • Appreciate the power of being in community and want to continue integrating your learning in this format

  • Value witnessing how others navigate attunement, frame-setting, set-up decisions, self-doubt, and stuck points

  • Learn through dialogue and benefit from collective reflection around real session moments

  • Want normalization and support as you cultivate greater capacity to sit with uncertainty

  • Would like to experience accessible, ongoing integration support over time

Many Brainspotting practitioners choose to combine both formats: individual consultation for dedicated, individualized support and certification requirements,
and group consultation for ongoing integration in a shared learning space.
