Therapy that goes to the root.

Virtual, individual therapy for adults throughout Michigan.

You've put in lots of time and effort. And something still isn't shifting.

You know the load you're carrying isn't sustainable. It's showing up in your body, your energy, your relationships, your work, your parenting. You understand your patterns intellectually, and knowing hasn't made enough of a difference.

You still find yourself reacting in ways that don't feel like you, and then reaching for whatever takes the edge off, food, scrolling, a glass of wine, or otherwise numbing out, even when you know it's not really helping. The coping strategies make sense. They just aren't getting you anywhere.

Sometimes it almost feels like a younger, scared or angry part of you takes over and your grounded adult self goes completely offline. Meanwhile, you’re left feeling confused and frustrated about what just happened.

You've always felt things more deeply than most people around you. You've wondered if that's a problem. It isn't. You're a person whose responses make complete sense given what you've navigated, and continue to navigate. Some of those adaptations have served you well. And some of them are ready to evolve.

The patterns make sense. The adaptations were brilliant. And they were never the whole story. Underneath all of it, there's a version of you that is freer, more easeful, more fully yourself, and more connected to what actually matters. That's where we're headed together.

Let’s tend those roots.

How We Work Together

Every person's path is different, but here’s a general idea.

What’s Keeping You Stuck?

We start by getting clear on what's hardest and what you most want to change. We'll explore what's possible when these patterns shift, and build a shared vision for what healing actually looks like for you.

Build Safety and Self-Compassion

Before we go deep, we build the foundation. We'll identify what already helps you feel grounded and resourced, and we'll explore, with real compassion and without judgment, why the patterns you developed made complete sense given what you've navigated. Understanding that changes everything.

Do the Deeper Work

When you're ready, using Brainspotting and other trauma-informed approaches, we get underneath the patterns that insight and talk therapy alone can't reach. We work with your body and brain's own innate capacity to process and heal, not by reliving or analyzing, but by letting your system lead the way, following, and learning to trust.

Integrate, Grow, and Flourish

As things shift, we celebrate, because your wins matter. You'll start to notice real changes: more ease, clearer boundaries, less reactivity, more of yourself coming through. We move at your pace, and you take all the time and space you need.

Sessions are held virtually, typically on a weekly basis to begin.

Therapy Intensives

A therapy intensive is a focused, extended session of 2 to 3 hours, designed for existing clients who want to go deeper, move faster, or work through something specific without waiting weeks to get there. Brainspotting is especially well-suited for this format. The brain has a remarkable capacity to process and heal when given the time and space to do so, and intensives create exactly that.

An intensive might be right for you if:

  • You have a specific issue you want to focus on

  • Your schedule makes weekly sessions difficult

  • You want to accelerate your progress

  • You feel stuck on something that weekly therapy hasn't been able to shift

  • We've worked together before and you want a focused tune-up

Dear one, you don't have to keep running on empty.

You've read this far. That means something. Your free consultation is a
low-stakes first step, just a conversation to see if this feels like the right fit.
